Claire started in IT training at Goldman Sachs. During her 12 years there, she progressed to the role of Global IT Training Manager within Investment Banking. Claire joined Lovells in 2003 as Global IT Training Manager, charged with raising the profile of technology training, enhancing accessibility to training for international offices and building links with other areas of training.
In 2005, Claire took responsibility for researching and implementing a variety of learning technologies to be used across all areas of training with the aim of increasing accessibility to learning and catering for different learning styles. Formats of training include online presentations and courses, just in time performance support tools, virtual classroom courses for delegates in international offices and web conferencing. Areas of training include legal, soft skills, IT and language training.
Claire forms part of the UK based Elearning Network Committee which provides leadership in the use of technology in learning. She has presented at a number of international conferences. |
