Over the past 7 years, Andy has been involved in all aspects of the use of technology in learning, including launching a global learning support system for the Royal and Sun Alliance. He has also worked extensively with the use of competency/skills/capabilities frameworks and using technology to manage and link them to appropriate learning interventions and performance objectives.

He is currently launching a new Learning Initiative at Legal & General. 'The Learning Network' enables the management and delivery of the learning needs of the company with a particular eye on Regulatory Compliance.

Andy is a committed distance learner himself and holds an MBA from the Open University.
