Phil has developed strategies and materials to raise performance in business over many years.  He has a special interest in modular learning and technology-based training, with skills in performance analysis through outline design to implementation. He has managed many outstanding projects for retailers, oil companies, financial service and pharmaceutical companies and departments of government. 

As resident editor and commentator in the supplement to Fenman's monthly Training Journal he wrote the acclaimed Train The Trainer series, and is a regular contributor to a range of management skills, technology, training and human resources magazines.

Phil is a Member of ASTD, The eLearning Guild and the Institute of Directors and was elected to the post of Acting Chairman of the ELearning Network in 2006. He is also an Online Learning Specialist for CIPD.
