I work within the Insurance division of Royal Bank and work within a team that design, develop and deliver learning solutions across our many business units. This can be for product, technical or soft skill training. Proud achievement recently was winning the 'Blended Learning Solution of the Year' award at the World of Learning Awards for our 're-engineered induction'. I have a special interest in innovation and technology within the learning environment and would like to share this interest and learn more from others.
