Kathy Morris is former Global Head of Leadership Development for Hays PLC, focusing on the international talent pool of senior leaders.

Previous roles include Director, Global L&D for Thomson Scientific- winning IITT Gold 2007 twice for business influence and impact, European L&D Manager for PTC - winning IITT International Training Project 2003, and Director, International Training for ExecuTrain. 

A regular conference speaker, Kathy is an IITT Fellow, CIPD Member, and Master NLP Practitioner.
